Property developer Dunne has suspected case of swine flu
Tuesday, 21 July 2009
The High Court has heard that high profile developer Sean Dunne is feared to have swine flu.
The case against him by CB Richard Ellis or CBRE in relation to alleged unpaid fees of €1.5m was due to get underway when his lawyers applied to have the case adjourned on the basis that he was ill.
His doctor told the court he has a viral illness and that swabs have been sent off to a lab to establish whether he has the H1N1 strain of Swine Flu.
The judge ruled that the case should go ahead however and it is proceeding.
