€2 million worth of counterfeit goods seized in Dublin raids

Garda€ have seized around €2 million worth of counterfeit goods in Dublin following a series of raids in Tallaght, Crumlin, Kevin Street and the north of the city today.
It was a joint operation between officers from the Criminal Assets Bureau, the National Bureau of Criminal Investigation and the Revenue Customs Service.
Items of counterfeit clothing were seized, along with shoes, DVDs and six computers used for copying fake discs.
No arrests were made, but a number of files are being prepared for the DPP.
