Three held after gun-related incidents at Dublin pubs

Gardai in Dublin have arrested three people following gun-related incidents at two pubs in the south of the city overnight.
In one incident at around 4.20am, Gardai were called to Malone's pub on Emmet Road following reports that a man had brandished a handgun and threatened the barman.
A short time later, a 27-year-old man was arrested on Davitt Road and a handgun and ammunition was seized during a follow-up search at a house on Connolly Avenue.
Meanwhile, in a separate incident, a man and woman were arrested at the Portobello pub for the possession of a firearm.
