Mr Cullen says it seems scarcely believable that another tragedy has befallen the Dunlop family, who he says have given so much to the sporting world.
Mr Dunlop died in hospital after being thrown from his bike at 160mph during a practice session yesterday for the North West 200.
His brother Joey also died in a similar crash in Estonia in 2000.
