Second person arrested over Dublin Shooting

Garda€ have arrested a second person in connection with the shooting of a 21-year-old man in Dublin yesterday.
The 22-year-old woman is being detained at Malahide Garda Station under section 30 of The Offences Against The State Act.
Garda€ are continuing to question a 24-year-old man who was arrested this morning.
Garda€ arrested the 22-year-old woman this afternoon.
She's the second person to be detained in connection with the shooting in Buttercup Park in Darndale last night.
The victim was shot a number of times in the neck in the attack, which took place as he sat with his young son in a parked car.
Several shots were fired by the lone gunman in to the car, but luckily the young boy was not injured.
His father remains in a critical condition in Beaumont hospital.
The 24 year old man and the 22-year-old woman are being held under Section 30 of The Offences Against The State Act at Coolock and Malahide Garda Stations respectively.
They can be held for a maximum of 72 hours.
