Small business confidence at 20-year low

The Irish Small and Medium Enterprises Association says business confidence among its members has hit a 20-year low.
ISME says hundreds of small companies have reported major downturns over the past few months, including serious reductions in sales and employment.
Almost two-thirds are less optimistic about their future than they were this time last year, with more than one-third anticipating less employment in the coming months.
