Energy Minister says Ireland can benefit from right WTO deal

The Energy Minister has said Ireland can benefit hugely from the right world trade deal.
Negotiations in Geneva are on the verge of collapse.
Farm subsidies and tariffs are said to be the main stumbling blocks.
The Irish Farmer's Association says the conditions for an agreement do not exist.
Minister Eamon Ryan says the talks must strike a balance to help the poor as well as developed economies.
