Gilligan arrested over possession of mobile phone

Convicted drug dealer John Gilligan has reportedly been arrested in Portlaoise Prison and questioned about the illegal possession of a mobile phone last year.
Reports this morning say the gangland boss was taken from his cell for questioning yesterday.
Gilligan is currently serving a 20-year sentence for drug trafficking.
If charged and convicted over the mobile phone, he could face an additional sentence of up to five years in prison and a fine of €10,000.
