Luas Red Line re-opens today
Sunday, 7 September 2008
The LUAS Red Line tram service to Connolly Station in Dublin city centre re-opens this morning.
The line had been closed to facilitate construction works for the new Luas Docklands extension.
Fans travelling to the All-Ireland Senior Hurling Final between Waterford and Kilkenny at Croke Park will be able to use the line from the N7 or Heuston Station to travel to the game.
The Luas Docklands extension is expected to be completed in 2010.
