Man killed in Galway collision

A man has been killed in a road crash in Galway.
The 26-year-old died when the van he was driving collided with a ditch at Ruanmore, Ardrahan.
The crash happened just after midnight.
He was pronounced dead at the scene.
It brings to 239 the number of people killed on Irish roads so far this year.
