Social networking site Bebo is hottest Irish web search

Irish people's love of socialising online is continuing to grow.
Google says that Bebo was the most popular web search this year, while Facebook was the fastest rising search.
Nasza klasa, a polish social networking site, was also a fast rising search in Ireland.
Web-based email services were the next most popular searches with Gmail, hotmail and yahoo all ranking highly.
Our interest in news and current affairs remains strong with the Lisbon Treaty and the US presidential election dominated.
Nicholas Sarkozy and George Bush were the most popular politicians searched followed by Mary Harney and Brian Cowen.
