Website to teach children the value of money launched
Monday, 8 September 2008
A new website has been launched today to teach young children about the value of money.
The moneyville.ie site, set up by the National Irish Bank, is aimed at children aged between five and seven years of age, as new research shows that this is the age when children begin to ask about money.
The study, from NIB, also shows that nine out of ten parents think their children would benefit from knowing more about money.
