The new season of the Magners League gets underway tonight.
Connacht hosts the Ospreys at the Sportsground. (18:30)
New Connacht captain John Muldoon is set to win his 100th cap for the province.
Ulster faces a difficult opening match at Ravenhill against the Llanelli Scarlets, while Heineken Cup champions Munster are away to Edinburgh. (Both 19:30)
John Hayes misses out after complaining of a sore throat.
In the other game tonight, Newport-Gwent Dragons play Glasgow Warriors (19:05)
