Birmingham still optimistic of signing Ghaly
Thursday, 26 July 2007
Birmingham say they are still optimistic about signing Hossan Ghaly from Tottenham even though their hopes of signing his team-mate Mido are fading.
The Blues say they are reasonably confident of reaching a deal with Ghaly by the weekend.
However, they are having trouble agreeing personal terms with Mido, apparently due to his wage demands.
