Manchester United manager Alex Ferguson says he is confident Wayne Rooney will be fit for the Champions League final.
The striker hasn't played since suffering a recurrence of a hit injury against Chelsea last month.
Ferguson says he could be named on the bench for this weekend's Premier League clash with Wigan, but even if he fails to make it, he will "certainly" be fit for the European showdown with Chelsea on May 21st.
