Leeds beat Carlisle 2-0 at Brunton Park in the second leg of their semi-final tie to go through to the decider on a 3-2 aggregate scoreline.
Jonathan Howson scored both goals, including an injury-time strike that sent the fallen giants through to the final, where they will face either Doncaster or Southend.
