Newcastle denies owner Ashley is preparing to sell

Newcastle have rejected out of hand claims owner Mike Ashley's preparing to sell the club for €530m.
The Magpies have been plunged into fresh intrigue after reports Ashley quoted a price for a private equity fund to buy him out.
Although it is understood there has been informal contact between the two parties, the club deny a valuation's been made.
