Barton admits to FA charge of violent conduct

Newcastle midfielder Joey Barton has admitted to an FA charge of violent conduct.
It relates to an incident involving the then Manchester City player's team-mate Ousmane Dabo in 2007.
Barton has requested a personal hearing from the Football Association.
