Big Sam slams 'flawed' window

Roque Santa Cruz won't leave Blackburn for Manchester City for anything less than a massive offer, according to Rovers' manager Sam Allardyce.
He has already turned down a second bid for the Paraguayan from City, thought to be around £18m.
Allardyce has challenged them to "blow them out of the water" with a huge bid, but admitted that might not happen.
