Aer Lingus urged to compensate misled customers

More than 100 customers booked flights to the US online yesterday morning for just €5 each.
The airline says the price was a technical error and it has since cancelled the flights.
However, the Consumers Association says the customers have a case for negotiating with the airline as both sides had effectively entered into a contract in relation to the flights.
