Protests in Tokyo ahead of G8 summit

In Tokyo, protestors have clashed with police during demonstrations over the upcoming G8 summit.
Local media reported over 1,000 people have joined the rallies and several have been arrested.
Japan has tightened security and increased its police presence ahead of the summit on July 7th to 9th, which brings together the leaders of the world's seven leading industrial democracies and Russia.
