Bush says progress will be made at G8

The world's leaders are gathering in Japan for next week's G8 meeting.
On the agenda at the summit of the world's most powerful countries, are the global food crisis, rising oil prices and climate change.
The situation in Zimbabwe is also up for discussion as South African President, Thabo Mbeki is attending the summit following his meeting with Robert Mugabe yesterday.
Speaking at a joint press conference with the Japanese Prime Minister, US President George W. Bush said he believes progress will be made at the summit.
