Death toll from Kabul bombing rises to at least 40

The death toll from today's suicide bomb attack on the Indian Embassy in Kabul has risen to at least 40.
A suicide car bomber blew himself up at the entrance to the facility in the Afghan capital, close to where dozens of men queue every morning to apply for visas.
India's defence attach€ was among five embassy personnel killed in the blast.
More than 140 others were also injured.
India has close ties with the Afghan Government and is involved in a number of aid and reconstruction projects in Afghanistan.
