Protestors to end Thai airport blockades tomorrow
Tuesday, 2 December 2008
Anti-government protestors in Thailand say they will end their blockade of Bangkok's main airports tomorrow.
Tens of thousands of foreign tourists have had their travel plans disrupted following an occupation of the airports that began last week.
The demonstrators have now agreed to end the action after the Thai Constitutional Court order the three main parties in the ruling coalition to disband as punishment for electoral fraud.
Prime Minister Somchai Wongsawat has also been banned from politics for five years.
