Tuesday, April 10, 2007
A series of moderate earthquakes have shaken central Greece today, slightly damaging some buildings, but causing no deaths or injuries.
The three tremors measured between 5.0 and 5.4 on the Richter Scale and happened just after 10am.
The earthquakes were centred around 135 miles north-west of Athens and were felt in western and central Greece, as well as the Ionian islands of Zakynthos and Cephallonia.
