Britain admits it will not win Afghan war

Britain's top commander in Afghanistan has warned that they can not expect to win the war.
Brigadier Mark Carleton-Smith has said "a decisive military victory" is not going to happen.
He claimed the best they can hope for is to weaken the Taliban, before handing power back to Afghan forces.
Colonel Richard Kemp's a former head of British troops in the country.
He predicted the operation could go on for at least another five years.
