U.S. Vice President Dick Cheney's slammed Russia's recent actions in South Ossetia.
Speaking during a visit to Tbilisi, he said Russia's caused lasting damage to its international reputation.
He added the US is committed to Georgia's bid for membership of the NATO alliance.
