Man charged with arson over Australian bush fire

The Australian authorities have charged a man with arson in connection with the devastating bush fires in Victoria last weekend.
The man is accused of starting a blaze in the Churchill area, where at least 21 people were killed.
He is facing charges of arson causing death and intentionally or recklessly lighting a bush fire.
He has also been charged with possession of child pornography.
More than 180 people have been confirmed dead following the massive bush fires, which engulfed entire towns after being fanned by high winds.
