Strong winds fan massive California wildfire

Thousands more people have fled their homes in the US state of California as strong winds continue to fan a massive wildfire near the city of Santa Barbara.
The winds have pushed the fire closer to populated areas of the city, which is home to many celebrities.
Around 18,000 people have been told to evacuate their homes.
