An American IT company has announced plans to create 350 new jobs in the Co Clare town of Shannon.
Digital River says it plans to create the positions over the next five years at the Shannon Free Zone attached to the Shannon Airport.
The company manages online business from clients in a range of areas and already has a small presence in the area.
Labour Affairs Minister and Clare TD Tony Killeen says the new jobs are a significant coup for Shannon as several other European locations were also seeking to attract the investment.
