The Hilton group says its two new hotels in Dublin and Kilmainham are on course to open early next year.
The 120-room Dublin hotel is part of the Chocolate Factory development beside Kilmainham Gaol, while the 184-room Limerick one is being built on the site of the former Jury's Hotel in the city.
Two hundred and fifty jobs will be created at the new hotels, which are being built by the Lalco development company.
