Europe have stretched their Ryder Cup lead as the afternoon foursomes get under way at the K Club.
Ian Woosnam's team is leading the Americans by 7 and a half to four and a half points on the second day of the prestigious event.
Darren Clarke and Lee Westwood beat Tiger Woods and Jim Furyk by three to two, who still haven't won any of their three outings so far.
Clarke meanwhile has won three of the four European points in that match.
Sergio Garcia and Jose Maria Olazabal also secured a three to two victory, seeing off Chris DiMarco and Phil Mickelson.
An excellent birdie at the last by Paul Casey saw him and Robert Karlsson draw with Stewart Cink and JJ Henry, while Scott Verplank and Zach Johnson were excellent winners over Padraig Harrington and Henrik Stenson.
