Kenny may leave Derry before FAI Cup final

Published 10/11/2006

It has been reported that Stephen Kenny won't be in charge of Derry City for the FAI Cup Final.

Kenny will sign a deal to take over Dunfermline Athletic after the Eircom League season ends next Friday, according to a northern newspaper.

That would bar him from managing the Candystripes in the Cup Final, but Dunfermline would release him to be present at the final.
