For the third time in four years Shelbourne are the Eircom League Champions.
Their 2-1 win over local rivals Bohemians last night brought the silverware to Tolka Park yet again.
Although Bohemians made it tough for their rivals, Shels eventually came through.
Barry Ferguson gave Bohemians the lead after Shels goalkeeper Steve Williams.
Specifically, it was the hand of John Paul Kelly whose concession of a 23rd minute penalty eased the hosts nerves after they conceded an early goal.
Stuart Byrne, however, equalised with a penalty kick after 23 minutes, following a hand ball in the area.
Within seven minutes they were ahead when Glen Crowe whose volleyed home from a Jason Byrne cross.
The goal was enough to secure another title for the Dublin team.
