20-year-old in court over gun attack on van in Limerick

A 20-year-old man has appeared in court in connection with a shooting in Co Limerick on Tuesday.

Paul Redden, of Delmege Park in Limerick, was arrested after shots were fired at a van on the Limerick to Bruff Road in Ballyneety.

He has been remanded in custody with consent to bail on condition that he stays at home and signs on daily with the Gardai.

He has also agreed not to associate with a number of people in the Moyross area.
