A trawler was towed to shore after a fire broke out on board the vessel on the Irish Sea.
The Arklow-registered Mary Kate was drifting thirty miles out to sea before Dun Laoghaire lifeboat brought her back to Dublin overnight.
The four-man crew has managed to extinguish the blaze which started last evening.
No-one was injured.
