Book of evidence hearing delayed in O'Reilly murder case

The prosecution in the Joe O'Reilly murder case has said it needs more time to prepare the book of evidence.

The 35 year old was present at Cloverhill Court today for the hearing which lasted less than a minute.

The book of evidence will now be served on December 5 at Swords District Court.

Joe O'Reilly is charged with the murder of his wife Rachel at their home near the Naul in north Co Dublin on October 4 2004.
