Enda Kenny has asked the Irish electorate to enter a contract with him.
The Fine Gael leader used his keynote address at his party's Ard Fheis last night to pledge a political contract for a better Ireland.
He made a number of promises on health, crime and tax, and said he would create a Ministry for Immigration Affairs.
Enda Kenny promised to only ask the people to elect him as Taoiseach if he has fulfilled this contract.
