Poll shows drop in support for Lisbon Treaty

Public support for the Lisbon Treaty has fallen.

The latest Sunday Business Post / Red C opinion poll shows that 35 per cent of people are planning to vote Yes in the upcoming referendum - that is down from 43 per cent in February.

The number of people opposed to the treaty is up from 24 to 31 per cent.

Meanwhile, support for Fianna F€il has increased by three to 38 per cent.

Fine Gael is down one to 29, Labour is down one to 10, the Greens remain on 8, Sinn F€in is down two to 7, the PD's are up two to two and Independents are down one to 6.
