The issue of energy conservation is being highlighted in Dublin today.
Eight families from around the country who signed up to participate in a test energy-saving programme have gathered in the city to talk about their experiences.
Energy coach Aodhan MacPhaid€n said that those taking part are saving on average 20% on their energy bills.
This is the latest part of the 'Power of One' campaign, which is sponsored by the Department of Communications, Energy and Natural Resources.
