Garda€ arrest man for fatal stabbing in south Dublin

Garda€ have arrested a man in connection with yesterday's fatal stabbing in south Dublin.

The victim, 26-year-old Mark Spellman from Dalkey, died in hospital following the attack.

It happened near Lansdowne Tennis club in Sandymount just after two o'clock yesterday morning.

A second man was also suffered minor injuries during the row.

Garda€ arrested a man in his 20s late last night, and he is being held at Donnybrook Garda Station.

He can be detained for up to 24 hours.
