Hyland's killers expected to attend crime boss's removal

The men who arranged the killing of Dublin crime boss Martin 'Marlo' Hyland are expected to be among the mourners at his removal in the city later this evening.

The 46-year-old was shot dead during a gang hit at his niece's home in the Scribblestown estate in Finglas last week.

Twenty-year-old Anthony Campbell, an innocent apprentice plumber who was in the house at the time, was also shot dead by Hyland's killers.

The crime boss's remains are due to be taken from a funeral home to a church in the Cabra area today ahead of his funeral tomorrow.

Gardai believe Hyland was killed by members of his own gang and that these men will be among the mourners at this evening's service.
