The British teacher jailed in Sudan for blasphemy has said she would like to return to the classroom.
Gillian Gibbons has been sentenced to fifteen days in prison on the grounds of insulting Islam.
She let her pupils name a teddy bear Mohammed.
As efforts continue to secure her release the fifty-four-year-old has issued a written statement in which she described her spirits as high.
