A man in his late 20s, arrested in connection with a significant haul of ecstasy tablets, has been released without charge.
The drugs, with an estimated value of more than 200-thousand euro, were recovered in two searches in the Gurranabraher area of Cork on Saturday.
A small quantity of ecstasy was found when Gardai stopped a car.
A further 20,000 ecstasy tablets were found in a follow-up search of a house in Farranree.
A file is being prepared for the DPP.
