Man in 40s held over HSE headquarters fire

A man in his forties is still being held in Cork in connection with a fire at the headquarters of the Health Service Executive in the south of the country.

The blaze broke out last night, and caused significant damage to the building on Victoria Cross Road.

Nobody was injured in the fire.

The man was arrested this afternoon, and is being held at Togher Garda station.
