A man who robbed a pensioner at his home in County Galway in September is to appear in court in the New Year.
The man in his early thirties was arrested in Galway yesterday and held at Roscommon Garda Station.
Two others, a man and woman in their late twenties, were also arrested but have been released without charge.
A substantial amount of cash was taken from the victim's house in Cloonline, Ballygar during the incident.
The victim is the father of double murderer Thomas Murray.
