Man's ear partially bitten off in Belfast assault

A 39-year-old man is recovering after part of his ear was bitten off during an assault in Belfast.

The attack took place in a Chinese take-away premises early this morning.

The attacker is described as being in his mid to late 20s, with short dark spiked hair, two piercings in his ear and one in his mouth.

He was also said to have a Welsh accent.
