Mushroom workers call for end to exploitation

Migrant mushroom workers want to see the government and supermarkets work harder to ensure that exploitation in the industry is ended.
The Mushroom Workers Support Group was formed earlier this year to voice the concerns of workers, mostly women, who are being denied their social and economic rights.
A group of over 50 workers are joining forces today to launch a document outlining the main issues of concern, and changes they want to see made within the industry.
