At least 34 people have been killed and 178,000 left homeless after heavy rain triggered flooding and landslides in China.
The storms, which first struck on Thursday, left 14 people dead in the south-eastern Guangdong province alone.
Damage and further fatalities were reported in areas throughout southern China and the north-west.
