The bird flu virus has claimed another life in Indonesia with the death of a 20-year-old woman today.
It brings to 64 the number of people who have been killed by the disease in Indonesia.
It is also being reported that hundreds of chickens have dropped dead in a village south-east of the capital Jakarta in recent days.
Health officials are to visit the area to test other residents for the disease.
A total of 167 people have died as a result of the deadly H5N1 disease worldwide.
